Thankful Wednesday
Rather than posting a Wordless Wednesday, I decided to make it a Thankful Wednesday this week and list all the things I am blessed with:
~ I am thankful for a husband who truly understands, supports, and loves me. I cannot imagine my life without him in it.
~ I am thankful for two beautiful, healthy children who make life worth living. No day is a bad day when I am with them.
~ I am thankful for my family who always make it feel like "home" when I am with them, no matter where we are.
~ I am thankful for the family I gained when I married J. I always feel welcome at their "home" as well.
~ I am thankful for the job I have had for the last twelve years. Without a job, I cannot provide for my family as I would like to.
~ I am thankful for my best friend. No matter how long it has been since we talked, how good or bad our current state of mind is, or how much we have going on; we always pick up right where we left off.
~ I am thankful for all the blessings in my life that I take for granted: health, success, freedom, love, happiness and luck. You don't realize how fortunate you are until these items are taken away from you. God bless all the soldiers who sacrifice to protect my freedom every day!
I am honored to share this crazy life with each of you. You have all touched my life in one way or another and for that, I am grateful. May you have a safe, happy, and blessed Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving Party
Tomorrow is the Thanksgiving party for each class at Primrose! Stetson and Cassidy both signed up to bring dressing (aka stuffing) as their contribution to the feast. Unfortunately, Cassidy is too young to actually make her batch but her big brother stepped up and offered to make his and hers! So, after Diddy Bug went to sleep tonight Stetson got to work.
Ready to make some yummy stuffing! Yes, Stetson makes it from the box. :)
Just so you know, Stetson really did make this himself even though the pictures show a different story. If you've ever made dressing from the box, you know that all you have to do is boil water and butter, dump in the ingredients, cover and let stand for five minutes. Stetson did an excellent job!!

"One minute, Mommy. I need to take a hot chocolate break."
Only a child could enjoy this. Those are multi-colored mini marshmallows and he added a big one too.
Slaving over a hot stove in the kitchen.
Good to the last drop!
"What?! Making stuffing is fun!"
The finished products!
