That Wylie Band

The Wylie High School Marching Band (aka That Wylie Band) had a parade through our neighborhood this morning.  It was so fun to have something like this right in our front yard and to see all our neighbors out enjoying it too. 

We walked to the corner so we could get a better view and found a nice shady spot.  Stetson actually rode his scooter, while Princess Cassidy got a ride in her stroller.  Just for the record, yes, they are in their pajamas.  Oh, to be a kid again and be able to do that!

We even brought a little breakfast snack of chocolate milk and blueberry muffins to enjoy while waiting.

It was HOT.

It was worth waiting in the heat though.  Here they come!!

They even stopped to perform for us!  Stetson gave them a donation by placing money in one of their official uniform hats.  Pretty cool stuff!
