McKenna's Party

Cassidy was invited to McKenna's birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese.  Believe it or not, Cassidy has never been before and she was so excited to see what it was all about.  I don't think she was disappointed at all.

Of course, we can't forget about the birthday girl! McKenna is one of our neighbors and we love her!

Our  newest neighbor, Ryan, was part of the celebration too.  I just can't get enough of this pretty little girl.

13 Years and Counting...

Happy Anniversary to my wonderful husband, best friend, life partner, and the best father! Here's to Lucky 13!!  I love you more and more with each passing day and can't wait for many, many, many more years of pure bliss.  Thank you for choosing me to share this wonderful journey through life with.

Also, a special thank you to Pops/Gramps for babysitting so we could go to dinner to celebrate.

New Shoes!

Aunt Mo sent Stetson a much needed early birthday present.  THANK YOU!!  He absolutely loves them because they are SO cool!!  They fit great and look even better.

Park & Ice Cream

For today's Spring Break fun, we invited Jordan and Gage to go to the park with us to enjoy the weather.  It was a great day to be out in the sunshine!  We went to the same park that Stetson had his 5th birthday party.

Putt Putt for the Fun of It

Spring Break is here!  I took a few days off from work as well so we could have some good ol' fashioned family fun.  We sure did have fun too!

Today we decided to go play miniature golf.  This was the first time that Cassidy could really participate and understand what she was doing. Stetson, on the other hand, is a professional. Both of them got a couple holes in one!!

After our round of golf, we headed inside for arcade games!!  Who knew these two could ride a motorcycle?

Skee Ball is a family favorite!  It gets pretty serious too.

After winning 395 tickets playing games, these two were more than happy to show off their loot. Great job!

WHAT A FUN DAY!

Hats!

Stetson's music program titled "Hats!" was tonight at school.  He and all the first graders have been practicing since January and it showed. They sang six songs and there were lots of speaking parts, etc.  I was amazed at how much they all remembered!

As said earlier, the title of the program was "Hats!".  In essence, the theme was that it's the kid under the lid that matters. All the kids got to choose their own "lid".  Stetson chose to be a soldier.

As the stage filled up, it got harder and harder to find him.

Wade's Party

Stetson's old friend from Primrose of Rowlett, Wade, invited him to his birthday party. The party was at the same indoor YMCA pool that Wade and Stetson took swim lessons together when they were three.  Was that really four years ago??

Anyway, they had an absolute blast!  Swimming in March is awesome!

There were a lot of kiddos splashing around.

Cassidy found a soccer ball and played soccer with Daddy while everyone else was swimming.

I must say...she's pretty good!

Wade had a little sister born right after Cassidy. Cassidy and Kyndall were friends at Primrose of Rowlett as well.  They haven't seen each other since they were two!
