We have been keeping a pretty busy schedule lately with all the activities the kids are involved in. I guess it's safe to say that Cassidy hasn't had a chance to catch up on her sleep because I received this picture from her teacher. Yes...she is in class...sitting up on the floor...asleep. Bless her heart!

GO PACK GO!
After hours of practice, learning plays, and grueling drills, it is finally time for Stetson's first football game! Ready or not, here we go!
As soon as I saw this, I knew there was no turning back. It's here and it's real.
Go #11!!He is BEYOND excited!
Oh my goodness...it really is happening.
All that hard work is paying off. They look so professional!
Stetson played offense and defense and was a beast out there! No touchdowns but he got an interception!
Yes, that's my tough guy. Growing up too fast and now a football player.
GO PACK GO!!
Okay, I admit it...I was nervous as all get out about Stetson playing football but it is AWESOME! I love watching him play! This is going to be an amazing season!
Friends or Rivals
Cassidy and Kennedy...friends off the field, but rivals on the field. These two cuties played against each other in soccer today. They both take their sport pretty seriously so they did not ease up on each other. Luckily, they remained friends afterward and even waved at each other from across the field a few times.

Rodeo
We decided to take the kids to the local rodeo with some neighbors this evening. The kids had a great time experiencing this together. Stetson has been to a rodeo before, but never to this one and Cassidy has never been before.
What a crew...
There was lots of fun stuff to do...like face-painting! Cassidy requested to have her face painted like a doggy.
Stetson chose to get a glow-in-the-dark rocket that is launched with a rubberband.
There were lots of animals to look at too!
This picture is from the local newspaper. That's Cassidy in the purple shirt under the cowboy's arm. She was out there for a money scramble. The bigger kids did a calf scramble.
Oh yeah, there was a little ride too. Cassidy loved it.
I didn't get any pictures of the actual rodeo events, but the kids were in awe. They loved all the horses, calves, and bulls. It was definitely a night to remember.

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun
While the boys are off having a birthday slumber party, the girls are having one of their own! Who needs boys, anyway, right?!
Orioles - Fall Ball
As previously stated, it is definitely sports season in our house right now. Stetson is playing Fall baseball this year because he is moving up to kid pitch, rather than coach pitch. This is a big adjustment because Stetson not only has to know how to bat against a kid pitching, but he also has to learn to pitch.
Today was the first game and we were all ready to experience this new adventure. First up to bat...#11!
The crew is all back together! As is the best cheering section around!
We can't forget the biggest Orioles cheerleader, though. She still cheers her little heart out even after playing a soccer game.
The first thing we noticed was how much slower these baseball games go. They are fun, but the boys definitely get a little restless.
Stetson also played catcher. If you're not pitching, this is the next best position to play because it's where all the action is.
This is serious stuff. The umpires are all geared up now and perform all the tasks you see the ones on television do.
Coach House still has his right-hand girl when it comes to handing out the game ball after each game too.
Although this baseball season may not be as exciting as previous ones, we are really looking forward to learning a lot and gaining tons of experience. Go Orioles!!
Sparklers
Sports season is upon us and we are so excited! This is Cassidy's first time to play an organized sport. She is playing soccer and her team name is the Sparklers!
Ready for her first game!
Go # 5!!!
She picked her number herself.
First game and she was one of the captains today!
And they're off!! Let's go Sparklers!
Soccer is hard work.
Coach Daddy was there to keep them going, though. Great job!
It is fun to cheer for Cassidy now! She is a natural little soccer player and we are looking forward to a great season.
